Alejandro "Alex" Grimaldi Ter Sarkisian is a business broker dedicated to helping owners navigate the complex process of buying, selling, and transitioning businesses—with a clear focus on creating value.
He has more than two decades of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and growth strategy, with deep involvement in deal structuring, negotiations, and capital planning. This expertise gives him a strong ability to bring buyers and sellers together for successful outcomes.
Alongside his M&A work, Alex is an entrepreneur who has built, scaled, and successfully exited multiple ventures. This dual perspective—advisor and owner—helps him understand the challenges business leaders face, from day‑to‑day operations to long‑term exit planning and offer advice that is both strategic and practical.
Alex moved to Florida in 2015 after purchasing an American company through the E‑2 Treaty Investor program. He now lives in Boca Raton, enjoys traveling, golf, outdoor activities, and great food, and has been married for over 25 years. He and his wife have four children—three currently at different stages of their journey at the University of Florida—making them a proud Gator family.
